I am currently testing out a feature called "comment moderation." It is where I read comments that are posted before they are published. What that means is that comments will not be published right when you hit post. I will try to check my dashboard once every hour when I am not in school.

Yup, I am back! Before these are posted, I will tell you the story behind the crossing: Back when Southern Pacific ran through here, Borax was taken by teams of 20 mules. That is where this street got it's name. One day, ATSF came here, kicked SP off of the portion of the line between Barstow and Mojave, and layed down track on this spur line. No, this is not the mainline, this is actually a spur line that leads to a borax plant.

The answer was: D) The train's horn must be blown at every crossing. That is not a rule because some crossings are quiet zones, and horns can't be blown.

I know that the gray and black Texture looks disgusting. That is the default texture. I will start worrying about laying down desert textures as soon as I have finished layig down track.

Little did I know that they had just started working on the tracks at the loop. No trains were allowed to come through after that train until they were done. That train was the last one that the track would see for five, six hours!

Dang It! A traffic Jam!!!

Emerald Pass redo.

Due to my old Emerald Pass route not having cars on the roads, I am making a Bigger, Better redo! This route will model both Cajon Pass and Tehachapi pass. I will put as much real as I can.I will model: Victorville, Maybe Dagget, Area between Barstow and Boron, Boron, Monolith, and Maybe the area between Caliente(Where the loop is) and Bakersfield. The rest of it will be fictional, but close to prototype.

Where the tracks do a mini-split before they actually split. Can you see another crossing gate in the distance? That is the other track! Yes, the ATLS(Advanced Traffic Light System) traffic signals are synchronized!

A "No right turn" signal that lights up whenever a train comes through.
